We describe ourselves as "Academics Serving Academics" or professionals who understand higher education and work with educational institutions to assist them in executive and other administrative searches. All of the individuals associated with our firm have spent their careers in a college or university setting and have had considerable experience in conducting searches for a wide variety of positions. We believe that practice in a particular field provides us with the appreciation and insights that enable us to uniquely serve others in the same profession. Most importantly, our associates bring to every search exposure to the issues and challenges facing persons who have critical leadership roles.
