Networking
The principle behind networking is leverage. Integrity Search Associates has its own nation-wide Network of people in higher education that represents the different educational sectors. The individuals in this Network are notified of openings and asked to submit names of candidates qualified for the advertised position. A good result can only occur if there is a pool of candidates qualified for the position.
